Newgy's Shipping Policy
Newgy Industries, Inc. only ships within North America. Orders over $100 will have a free shipping option within the contiguous US. For expedited shipping rates, please call 1-800-556-3949. We do not ship to freight forwarders, or to those intending to ship Newgy products to end-consumers outside of North America. Please contact us directly for assistance when ordering from South America. We will direct you to our closest South American dealer.
Orders are processed and shipped in 1 - 3 business days from date of purchase. With the exception of holidays in which orders will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with direct delivery and signature required (for orders over $100). We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or if the address provided on the order is incorrect. ALL ROBOTS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A PHYSICAL ADDRESS (NO PO BOXES)
If the package was not able to be delivered and is returned to us, you would be responsible for the "return to sender*" fee and additional shipping charges.
* A 10% restocking fee applies for all returns, 15% on orders over $1,000, and 25% on table orders. Newgy reserves the right to waive the restocking fee whenever the situation is appropriate.
