Newgy Guarantee

We guarantee everything we sell and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with one of our products, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it within 30 days from date of purchase for repair, replacement or refund.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number so that we can properly process your return. Newgy will not process any returns without issuing a Return Authorization Number prior to receiving the returned product(s). You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

* A 20% restocking fee applies for all returns and 25% on table orders. Newgy reserves the right to waive the restocking fee whenever the situation is appropriate. Table tennis rubbers, once they have been glued and/or cut, and table tennis balls, once they've been used, are not covered by this guarantee. These items are returnable, of course, if they are defective.
