Training Variation - Samson Dubina

The Newgy Robo-Pong 2050 table tennis robot is both simple enough for the beginner ping-pong® player, yet challenging enough for the professional table tennis player.  The game-situation drills are available at the click of a button.  Or for extreme variation, I would suggest using normal mode, which allows you to customize your own drills.  You can adjust the ball speed, ball position, ball frequency, with speed variation, placement variation, and wait variation.

Using the Robo-Pong 2050, here is the forehand warm-up that I use on a daily basis:

Topspin, Head Angle 8, Normal Mode, Speed 15, L Position 12, R Position 17, Wait 1.00, OSC Random ON, Speed Random 4.
